This policy explains how Sebina(“we”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you use the sebina.aiwebsite and fill in the “Free 1-on-1 Session” form. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

When you fill in the form or interact with our site, we may collect:

• Information you provide: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, and the type of products you want to sell.
• Automatic technical data: IP address, browser type (user-agent), and visit time.
• Analytics & tracking data via cookies (see section 4).

• To contact you (via WhatsApp/email) and arrange the 1-on-1 session you requested.
• To provide, improve & support the Sebina service.
• For sales follow-up and related marketing communication (you can opt out anytime).
• To measure ad & website performance (analytics and conversion tracking).

We use cookies and third-party tags to understand traffic & measure ad effectiveness, including:

• Google Analytics & Google Ads — for analytics and conversion tracking (e.g. when you submit the form). Data is shared in hashed form where applicable.
• WhatsApp / Meta — when you click a WhatsApp button, you'll be taken to the WhatsApp app (subject to their privacy policy).

You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings, but some site functions may be affected.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share with service providers that help us operate, including:

• Database & hosting providers (to store your lead securely).
• Email provider (to send notifications).
• Google (analytics & advertising).
• Authorities, if required by law.

Some of these providers may process data outside Malaysia. By using this site, you consent to such transfers with reasonable safeguards.
